Balance: 3x1 minute w. movement
Stretch/lift: 3x 10x10 secs
Sit/press: 10x10 secs

4pm - 15 mins cycling
7pm - 25 (!) mins cycling
9pm - Mobility
Even more lift in leg now! Walking also much easier. WinWinWin!
