Day 27 - Woops!
Accidentally managed to overdo it at the gym. Leg pressing 82.5 kg was not a good idea, and I don't think my hamstrings liked doing 30 kg leg curl. Well, sorry guys, deal with it!
The more it hurts, the better it is for you, right?
