Day 22 - Monsters

Just came back from a semi-monster gym session. Not monster in general terms, but for me, right now, big one.

Improvements:

Leg press: 75 kg (tried 80, just not working)
Leg curl: 25 kg (felt so good about this!)

But now in tremendous pain and it's also just one of those days. So, accordingly, stuffing myself with liquorice.
