Day 16

Swollenness. My ambitious cycling yesterday + today (thought starting with 10 minutes this morning might loosen up the muscles. I was wrong.) plus a round of the programme has rendered my leg twice its normal size. Ice? Ice.

The exercise to the right is what kills me. Yes, you laugh all you can, but it's excruciating. None other word can be applied. 5-10 reps says physio. I say 5. More than that and I might faint. I've managed 8 once. Once!

C.J: "We need to get mobility back. If you can't bend it, we'll have to force it."
- I don't want to think about Monday...
