Day 29

 Gym, gym, gym. Pulling it back a bit while progressing:














Leg press: 70+75+75
Leg curl: 25+25+25
Balance: 3x1 min
Lifters
Squats (NEW!): 3x10 - OW!
One-legged squats (NEW!): 3x10 - CJ told me to skip this for the moment as it hurt quite bad.
15+15+10 mins cycling
Bit of arms etc as well

Almost at full flexion in Killer exercise. According to Mr Physio I'll be at full mobility in 5 weeks' time.
