Today's training was not good. The knee has been very swollen all through so thought I'd rest it a bit. Not good, not good at all. Will have to do it properly tomorrow.
9.30am - 10 mins cycling
1.30pm - 10 mins cycling + mobility + strength
7.30pm - 10 mins cycling
This is definitely not enough. Lacking at least 10 mins cycling + mobility session. And I've done nothing else so don't even have an excuse! Bad, bad, bad.
