Today's sentiment! Still don't have full mobility range in the knee and can't walk properly. I have no idea whether this is normal (mental note to ask Mr Physio Monday) but I feel it should improve at a higher rate than it is at the moment. So, accordingly, today I stepped it up a notch. Tougher, harder, better exercising and bending. Added an exercise (above) that I usually do on gym days, but it feels helpful so thought I'd to it today as well.
So far done 45 mins cycling and 2 mobility sessions. Looking forward to 15 more mins and 1 more session tonight. Oh, the joy! Also now very achy and swollen so sporting the iceband for the time being.
