More training

Right, forgot about the actual theme of this blog - it's not My Second Physio Love (cause that would be a gross miscalculation of history first of all), so relevant stuff: new, and tougher training programme.

Leg press, leg curl, cycling, balance work & more mobility is on the schedule. Three times a week + continue with the other exercises I've done before. I asked physio about the crackling and pain, but he said it was probably - PROBABLY - normal. But he seemed concerned about hamstring pain. Hm. Will keep a record of that.
