Or  at least learning to walk. And cycle. Both at the same time. I am  ordained by physio to cycle 5 minutes a couple of times a day, and  increase if the knee doesn't get swollen. Done 2 * 5 minutes today. Let  me tell you this: the knee is swollen. But hey, let's do it again some  time?!
