Summary

Today's training:

8.30am - 10 mins cycling
12.30pm - 10 mins cycling + strength + mobility
5.30pm - 15 (!) mins cycling
8.30pm - 10 mins cycling + mobility

Been rather immobile the rest of the day so it's a bit stiffened up and achy. However, the numbness on the outside is beginning to fade ever so slightly and the bruising is easing off. Walking is still hobbly and I've got some pains on the inner side which I'll ask Mr Physio about.

Gym tomorrow!
