Progress!

Huge progress even! In the exercise above you contract thigh muscles and press the back of knee down into the ground. When done successfully, the ankle will lift slightly off the ground (try it). Mr Physio said that "when the ankle shifts, then we're getting somewhere." This morning, it did.

  1. The straight leg is the one doing the exercise right? I tried it and it did indeed lift! (Glad no-one saw me sitting on the floor though...)
