2 ½ hour gym session today included the following:
15+10+10 mins cycling
Leg press: 75+75+77.5+77.5 kg (15 reps)
Leg curl: 25+25+27.5+27.5 kg (10 reps)
Sit/lift 10 secs x10 reps (x4)
Balance: 4 x 1 minute (part closed eyes)
Balance: Right leg 4x8 reps on balance Airex
Killer exercise 6x (3x 10-5-5-5 secs) i.e. bend, hold X seconds, bend further, hold X secs and so on. Stretch fully after 1 set of 3.
Heel slides 3x15 reps (5 sec count)
Pressers: 3x 10x10 secs
Bending/stretching
Also managed some biceps + upper back work. Tired? Me? Never! Got another sesh booked at 8.30am tomorrow. Mistake? Me? NEVER!
