Gym/locker room comment. Sadly not MJ or CJ commenting, but an elderly lady referring to any muscles she imagined seeing on my arms. She also told me how she'd played football when she was younger, torn both meniscae twice and now suffers from arthritis, and could not do what she loved the most: mountain walking.
"Young and foolish I was," she said. "Don't make that mistake: quit before it's too late."

Don't worry, lady, I've quit, but whether it's too late or not remains to be seen.
