Since when are Saturdays pointless? I always knew Sundays were, but Saturdays? Every day is the same in rehabilitation lands. Monday or Friday, it's cycling and lifting and bending and stretching. A clear beginning but a distant end, and a couple of loops in between. Just like the week itself. Symmetry much?
It's swollen and achy today. My guess is that I overdid the cycling yesterday. Bad JoJo.
