Week 11

15 mins cycling
Leg press: 75+75+80 kg (10 reps)
Leg curl: 30+30+31.25 kg (10 reps)
Lifters
Balance board: 3x1 min
One-legged squats - PAIN
Lunges: 3x10
Squats: 10 kg (3x10 reps) - PAIN
Ski jumps: 3x40 reps
Interval cycling
Stretching

Huge pain in squats again. Hopefully just a side effect of training and will go away with more rest. Did a lot of the session with Mr Physio in room (he was with other patients) so had to put extra effort in. Especially interval cycling was probably tougher than usually. Also, I'm not sure I'm doing half the exercises right so had to make sure I did the ones I'm certain about whenever he was there. Awkward!
