First lap felt so easy and all the weights were like feathers. Then BAM- pain. For frick's sake why? I suppose I did do a bit of walking yesterday on top of mobility work and cycling. Just feels annoying that I can't even do that little after 3 months! Anyway, taking an easy weekend as Monday brings new exercises and higher level of difficulty. No walking for this lady.
