Friday

Started week 13 (?) with a horrendous session. Everything except cycling hurt; couldn't extend fully in leg kick (psychological issues); and was in a rush. Thankfully the gym was pretty much empty so there was no waiting time, and I got everything done in the end. A stupid stupid man too hijacked all the loose additional weights though, so I had to lessen some resistance in leg press for example. Bah.

10 mins cycling
Leg press: 70+70+70 kg
Leg curl: 30+30+30 kg
Leg kick/extension: 10+10+10 kg
Lunges on board: 3x10 (both legs)
Squats: 10+10+10 kg
Ski jumps: 3x40
Bending
Interval cycling
Running: W500m, R500m, W500m

I decided regular lunges were superfluous as I already am doing lunges on a board. Might add balance board every now and then when I have time to keep the balance work going. But this programme already takes 1½ hours when pushing it. I have better things to do. Haha.
