Proper gym session concluded. Went more or less smoothly, except that the lunges on board hurt so bad. Leg extension continues to be challenging, but manageable. Did one whole kilometer today! Last 250 metres hurt but otherwise very good, at level 8.

Spotted CJ at some points and he did his passing windmill-esque wave to me! Wow, I'm in trouble...
