I had yesterday completely off and after a long night of walking around and then 4 hours in the car today, the knee is officially absolutely and utterly f-ed. Will do some bending today but nothing major and then I have a gym session tomorrow to look forward to. Then I've had two days off, and I can't afford more than that.
Also back on painkillers to reduce swelling. Happy days.

ps: yes, I broke my non-alcoholic promise and had champagne yesterday. It was free - what do you expect me to do?
