15 mins cycling
Leg press: 72.5+75+75 kg
Leg curl: 30+30+31.25 kg
Lifters
Balance board
Squats: 3x10 kg
One-legged squats
Lunges
Ski jumps
Interval cycling
Bending

Never been more tired in my life. I honestly did not think I'd be able to finish the session after the first lap. 20% of me wanted to break off and go home, but obviously couldn't do that so I continued. I went easy on it, especially in interval cycling, so I can try and get back to where I should be at this point. Still completed the session with decent weights.

Glad it's over. Tomorrow is a day off. Win!
