Felt better than ever today! Still some pain in cycling, but I'm suspecting that's psychological issues. Squats etc no problems!
10 mins cycling
Leg press: 75+80+80 kg
Leg curl: 30+31.25+31.25 kg (10-10-8-2)
Lifters
Balance
One-legged squats
Lunges
Squats: 10+10+10 kg
Ski jumps: 3x40
Interval cycling
Bending
Finally it felt somewhat ok. It's a completely different experience this, compared to training on the verge of tears because it's aching and so on. Let's hope it continues.
