Weekend concluded

Having spent the day with my grandmothers, training suffered a tad.

30 mins cycling
2x mobility (minus 2x pressers due to pain)
30 mins cycling

Lifters is the most important exercise according to Mr Physio, so did all those before pain and discomfort made me stop. Got the hour of cycling in as well which is important for mobility range and control. The pain from earlier on this week persists - the feeling of being bruised inside and I find it difficult to sit/lie still at times. A sort of restlessness in the left knee. It has also gone more swollen.

Now, Mr Physio said I could take any problems to the ER in the clinic while he's away, but that feels a wee bit over the top - or...?
