
It went ok with only a couple of minor breakdowns and even did a more or less full interval cycling set. I'm getting along with those cycles a bit more now. Squats felt alright as well even if I'm still not sure I'm doing them right. However, one-legged squats were a pain, as well as lifters for some reason. Never had problems with those since I got full extension!
And sometimes it feels as though there's something inside the knee, like a scar but on the inside. I'm not convinced here and it ought to be remembered that there is a 50/50 chance of full recovery. I know I can't be pessimistic about the whole rehabilitation, because then it'll never ever work out, but it does make one wonder...
