Today's gym session went well! Or, whenever it feels good I suspect I did not give it my all. If I'm not in tears at least twice and hyperventilating three - can it be a good work out? Anyway:
10 mins cycling
Leg press: 7+7+7 (10 reps)
Leg curl: 6+7+7 (10 reps)
Balance 3x 1 min
Lifters

One-legged squat
Lunges
Ski jumps
Squats: 10+15+15 (10 reps)
Interval cycling
Same strategy as last time; set shift indicated with ----. One-legged squats were horrible today - pain, pain, pain! -, but interval cycling went ok.
