Going rock straight forward downhill. Today was gym day. Today is not going to be gym day. Because of pain from yesterday's walking, I pushed it forward, and forward, and forward. Now slept and decided I will not go. Of course, there is the weekend and I fully intend to go tomorrow. But it's a compromise. And I promised not to compromise. I suppose it's allowed, but now I have to do the mobility stuff this evening to make up for it + cycling.
Not good. First big slip-up 7+ weeks in though. Maybe we can live with that? And of course, if I carry everything out, it's not a slip-up!
