Every time I think something along the lines of "wow, that hurts, that must be bad" the next second it improves. Today at the gym (for mobility, I'm a good girl) as I was cycling it kinda stabbed in the side as if the joint wasn't completely hinged on, so I followed the advice on the machine and stopped. Did mobility stuff which went ok and as I walked out I felt my walking was a lot better, a lot more towards normal - and it's stayed that way all day! The swelling/fluid retention is also at the same low level even without pills today.
Is pain progress?
