Mr Physio approached me in the gym today (oh, yes he did, voluntarily and everything!) and said he'd forgotten an exercise. A little distant memory inside me from last ACL reconstruction, nudging on a sensitive nerve. He called my name and, in seemingly slow-motion, his hand was released in the air and eventually landed on the exercise bike next to him. I had been right. Interval cycling.
Last time round I had to do interval cycling and I absolutely hated it. HATED. IT. In a silent, short moment I thought I'd get away this time. CJ outsmarted me there. Beginning with 60 secs intervals, 10 mins in total. Times 3."Sweaty" is an understatement.
