15 mins cycling
Leg press: 70+75+75 (15-10-10 reps) - I'm avoiding increasing this one, but it felt a lot better today!
Leg curl: 27.5+30+30 (3x10 reps) - Don't see the point in being lenient here.
Balance: 3x1 min with tennis ball - Good day for balance today.
Lifters

One-legged squats: 3x10 - Definite improvement from before.
Lunges: 3x10 (both sides) - Felt better, much better, than before.
Ski jumps: 3x20 - Trusting knee more and more here.
Interval cycling: 3x 5 min intervals
Bendings
I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing it feels to have a knee that is actually trustworthy! 7 years, people, 7 YEARS! Now, I'm no expert, but it feels in better shape now than it did the weeks before the surgery. Lunges was not even an option then. Happy day!
