
Well, not really. Took a day off from the gym - with full intention of making up for it during the weekend! It's not a knee strength day, hence the not-so-much-guilt. Did one mobility session + 2x30 mins cycling just now, and will do more mobility tonight.
We're all good.

ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't said hello in a while, been really busy. Still reading most days though, it's the most human place I visit in my current world wide web locale.
Glad to hear things are ticking along reasonably well even if the new gym is somewhat crap. Even if it is crap, I'm sure the variety will subconsciously help with motivation. I'm quite jealous of gym going. I've always hated the gym but I haven't had a game of squash for about 2 months and I feel FAT. Saw an open air performance of As You Like it tonight and totally pied out on picnic before hand. It's a good thing that once a week (wedding days) I basically don't eat and expend mega calories else I'd be a bit of a whale.
Extra kudos for redesigning the blog layout btw. It's gone from looking like a slightly dodgy porn site (no offence!) to far more readable. The scan is awesome, the new header font is a big improvement and the lack of background swirls is way better for legibility.
Keep working hard, both on the knee and on melting the hearts of all the world's physios!
