Leg press: 7+7+7 (10 reps)
Leg curl: 6+7+6 (10 reps) - still can't get my head around this one.
Balance: 3x1 min

Squats: 10+20+20 kg (10 reps) - not 100%.
One-legged squats: 3x10 - OW! Hard last 10 ones.
Lunges: 3x10
Ski jumps: 3x20 - increased distance here.
Interval cycling: 3x5 mins - such a failure...
And this evening:
12 mins cycling
15 mins cycling
Again, walking is easier, but the pain persists.
