Training

Despite coming home at 2.30pm, managed all my mobility stuff today. Good girl.

Even the hour of cycling. Gooder girl. Tomorrow is gym at 8.45am (yes, I treated myself to a 15-minute lie-in) with strength, interval cycling & CJ action. Fingers crossed for MJ - he's been missing for a while!
