Interval

As of today the interval cycling has changed (on order from Mr Physio). Instead of 5 60-second intervals (w 60 seconds rest between each) the time has now been altered to 6 30-second intervals (with 30 seconds rest). In order words, instead of a total of 10 minutes per set, we're down to 6 minutes. However, as physio pointed out, the resistence is to be a lot higher, and speed much faster throughout.

Too bad the fricking bicycles hurt my knee! 2 more weeks.
