Squats: 20+20+20 - this one is BAD! I cannot figure out how to do it right. Any suggestions welcome.

The --- shows the various sets. Especially Ski jumps and Lunges hurt today + One-legged squats. Also the hamstring is still giving me a hard time. This is not only not good, but very strange as well. Hm.
