Day 46 - Autopilot

15 mins cycling
Leg press: 7 (such a stupid system) 10 reps
Leg curl: 6 (I mean - seriously???) 10 reps
Squats: 0+10+15 kg (bar weighs less here than at usual place) 10 reps
One-legged squat: (painful today) 3x10 reps
Lunges 3x10 reps
Ski jumps: 3x20 reps
Balance: 3x1 min (stupid, stupid gym for not having 2 boards!)
Interval cycling: 3x10 mins
Killer exercise

It felt heavy from the moment I started and didn't get easier as it usually does. Maybe it's because it's Monday, maybe it's the new gym, maybe something else. A bit of pain today as well (despite taking 2 painkiller before) so gotta keep check of progression.
