Loyal readers remember me saying that Mr Physio suggested I take a total of 3 days off during this time. Not in a row, of course, but over the 4 weeks. Yesterday was one. Only training was 30 mins cycling and, granted, I did a lot of walking but that's not strictly training. This, however, means the knee is incredibly stiff today and I'm facing a gym session. Great! The gym closes at 8pm, I think I will wait a little...
In other news, had a good birthday with good friends, Veronica Maggio and non-alcoholic mango daiquiris. Love it.
