End of week 7

Oh my, I've calculated wrong - I'm in week 7 not 8! Goodness me, that relieves me. A whole week extra given. Great! I tried a new version today - splitting the sets up differently. Instead of doing one set of all exercises in three laps, I did mini-laps with less exercises, followed by a set of interval cycling. Each lap is indicated by ----.
Today's session:

15 mins cycling
Leg press: 6+7+7 (15-10-10 reps)
Leg curl: 6+7+7 (10 reps)
Balance: 3x1 min
----
Lifters
One-legged squat: (both legs)
Squats: 10+10+10 kg
----
Lunges
Ski jumps
----
Interval cycling

I don't know if Mr Physio has given me a specific order of things for a reason, but I can't see how it would affect me tremendously by changing it up. The reason for this alteration is partly variation, partly convenience. I went a bit later today and there were loads of people there compared to the mornings. So to get a machine was not as easy (especially not for squats in the Man Section, stupid stereoid testosterone beasts). Anyway, despite some breathtaking moments in cycling, up towards 90% heart in this one. Decent effort in other words.
