Did my run. Fail as always. But done.
3-4 km running + stations:
1. Hurdle jump front (3x 20); side (3x 10)
2. Sprints (high knees; karaoke; backwards running; accelerated sprint; turn sprint)
3. Stairs 3x 5
4. Jumps 3x 10
5. Sprints 30x 10 sec
Walked quite a bit of the way, and felt some pain during drills. But I'm counting it. Can't afford not to.
