Time was limited, so brief session. Also ill still.

10 mins cycling
Leg press: 3x 65 kg
Leg extension: 3x 28.5 kg
Squats: 3x 20 kg
Glute bridges: 1x 30 reps
Arms + upper body

I'm moving closer to giving up. Think it's for the best.
