Gym session yesterday. Only rather light in knee terms but my legs are aching! Here we go:
10 mins cycling
Leg press: 3x 70 kg
Leg extension: 3x 28.5 kg
Squats: 3x 20 kg
Lunges on board: 3x 14 kg
Bending: 3x
Also did some upper body + core and one lap of interval cycling. I think it's fine for a second strength session.
